The responsibility for maintaining the community center and its surroundings lies under the vigilant care of the Spring Valley Citizens and Neighborhood Watch Association. Established over a decade ago, the association operates with a structured committee featuring elected positions, including president, treasurer, and administrator. Regular quarterly meetings are conducted, with occasional extraordinary meetings convened as needed, ensuring that the community center remains a well-maintained and thriving hub.
